Admiral Taverns is looking to boost revenues from its estate with the creation of a website dedicated solely to educating landlords how to sell food.

www.mypubfood.co.uk  is a free website for Admiral licensees looking to increase their existing food sales or kick start them from scratch.

It contains menu templates, marketing materials and advice on choosing food suppliers.

Sam Pedder, head of food at Admiral Taverns, said: “The smoking ban will give our landlords the opportunity to create a new or increased stream of revenue through food sales.

“We recognise that many landlords need help and advice on the best way to start a food offering or promote their current one.”

The website also carries guidance on food hygiene legislation following changes in the laws last year.
