Trends & DataThe Bench: London weekly hotel performance to 22 April, 2007(26 April 2007 11:58)London hotels saw revenue per available room (revpar) grow by 48.3% in the week ending 22 April, according to figures from hotel benchmarking service The Bench. Revpar rose to £124.26, up from £83.78 during the equivalent week of 2006. Occupancy grew by 11.1 percentage points to 87.8% while average room rate soared by 29.6% to £141.45, up from £109.17 in the corresponding week of 2006.
