Hotels at London Airports saw revenue per available room (revpar) rise by 3.8% during the month of February 2007.

Revpar increased to £63.05, up from £60.73 in February 2006, according to figures from hotel benchmarking service The Bench.

Occupancy advanced by one percentage point to 77.2% while average room rate grew by 2.5% to £81.64, compared with £79.68 in February 2006.

The Bench - which is partnered with US firm Smith Travel Research - provides online benchmarking data for in excess of 34,000 hotels in more than 400 markets.

The online service allows users to track their performance in average room rate, occupancy and revpar  in a variety of formats and to measure their daily performance against their competitors.
