Trends & DataThe Bench: London weekly hotel performance to 6 May, 2007(09 May 2007 18:00)London hotels boosted revenue per available room (revpar) by 13% in the week ending 6th May, according to figures from hotel benchmarking service The Bench. Revpar rose to £103.48, up from £91.62 during the equivalent week of 2006. Occupancy rose by 3.3 percentage points to 78.5% and average room rate grew by 8.2% to £131.85, up from £121.86 in the corresponding week of 2006.
