The Bench: North-western hotel performance in February 2007

Hotel revenue per available room (revpar) remained static in the North West during the month of February.

Revpar was £57.65 in February 2007, the same as in February 2006, according to figures from hotel benchmarking service The Bench.

Although occupancy dropped by 2.4 percentage points to 75.7%, this was counterbalanced by a 3.2% hike in average room rate to £76.11, compared with £73.73 in February 2006.
