Pubfolio, the 545 strong pub estate run by Country Estate Management, is set to hire bankers Rothschild to market the business for approximately £150m, according to a report in this weekend’s Sunday Express.

Pubfolio was created in January 2005 with the purchase of 545 pubs from Punch Taverns.

Punch had acquired the 545 pubs from its buy of the InnSpired pub group four months earlier.

Potential buyers for Pubfolio include Admiral Taverns as well as InnDeed, the privately held operator run by former InnSpired boss Peter Brook.
