Trends & DataThe Bench: London weekly hotel performance to 13 May, 2007(16 May 2007 08:05)London hotels saw revenue per available room (revpar) fall by 0.2% in the week ending 13 May, according to figures from hotel benchmarking service The Bench. Revpar declined to £103.75, down from £103.99 during the equivalent week of 2006. Although occupancy slumped by six percentage points to 76%, average room rate rose by 7.6% to £136.45, up from £126.75 in the corresponding week of 2006.
