The Bench: London weekly hotel performance to 20 May, 2007

London hotels saw revenue per available room (revpar) grow by 13.1% in the week ending 20 May, according to figures from hotel benchmarking service The Bench.

Revpar increased to £129.81, up from £114.75 during the equivalent week of 2006.

Occupancy grew by 2.2 percentage points to 88.5% while average room rate rose by 10.3% to £146.62, compared with £132.96 in the corresponding week of 2006.
