Universe Foodservice has expanded its range of premium-branded sauces by becoming the exclusive distributor of the Cremanaze line produced in Kent since 1924.

The Cremanaze portfolio includes mayonnaises, salad creams and table sauces such as mustards, mint and tartare sauces. Packaging ranges from 10-litre pails to 2.2-litre jars.

The new brand complements Universe’s brand of Salad Makers dressings.
