Lindley Heathcotes appoints public catering operations director

Sports stadium caterer, Lindley Heathcotes, has appointed Tim Kane to the new role of public catering operations director.

Kane, 36, joins Lindley Heathcotes from Legoland where he worked for the past five years as head of F&B, director of F&B and then director of commercial operations.

He will have day-to-day responsibility for running the public catering division of Lindley Heathcotes, which operates more than 60 contracts in professional football, cricket and rugby sectors.

Lindley Heathcotes was set up in 1968 and caters for more than 300,000 people a week with an annual turnover of around £47m.
