Latest NewsLondon revpar rises by nearly 15%(28 June 2007 10:28)London hotels saw revenue per available room (revpar) grow by 14.5% in the week ending 24 June, according to figures from hotel benchmarking service The Bench. Revpar increased to £144.94, up from £126.60 during the equivalent week of 2006. Occupancy grew by 2.1 percentage points to 90.6% while average room rate rose by 11.8% to £159.99, compared with £143.04 in the corresponding week of 2006.
