The Bench: London weekly hotel performance to 15 July, 2007

London hotels saw revenue per available room (revpar) drop by 6.3% in the week ending 15 July, according to figures from hotel benchmarking service The Bench.

Revpar fell to £125.05, down from £133.44 during the equivalent week of 2006.

Occupancy dropped by 6.8 percentage points to 86.1% while average room rate grew by just 1.2% to £145.29, compared with £143.62 in the corresponding week of 2006.
