The new 3-in-1 Hot Spot cooking tray will cook thin food items - such as pizza, sliced and oiled vegetables and meat fillets - in the Eloma combi-oven range in super-quick time.

Made of non-stick silicon-coated aluminium, the tray reaches cooking temperature in 10 minutes and will absorb heat to a greater level than the ambient cooking temperature in the oven.

It can be used in Eloma ovens while they are cooking other foods, and the ribbed pattern on the tray gives a char-grilled effect to the food.
