Suffolk bar-restaurant changes hands(26 July 2007 14:30)A couple from West London have snapped up Castle’s bar and restaurant in the historic Suffolk market town of Bungay in the River Waveney valley. Accommodation accounts for half the business’s trade, with the restaurant and bar contributing 35% and 15% respectively. The Ipswich office of Christie + Co sold the freehold to Tanya Martin and Mark Hougham off a guide price of £350,000 on behalf of Ian Hillyard. Article continues below
