Listings bible Time Out has launched a new hospitality survey, giving the industry the chance to nominate their peers.

To celebrate the 25th anniversary of the Time Out Eating and Drinking Guide and its associated awards, the survey will recognise the most influential and inspiring figures in the food and drink industry.

Categories include best gastropub operator, best restaurant operator, best newcomer and best chain, as well as best chef, best bartender and most influential figure in the industry.

Nominations must be entered by Friday 17 August and you can enter here. The results of the survey being announced next month.

The Time Out Eating and Drinking Guide 2008 will be published on 18 September.
