The contract entails a breakfast, lunch and snack menu.  The food must be of a freshly cooked nature, of high quality, good variety. The provision is during school term time. There is a suitable on site kitchen with catering equipment provided.

The contractor being sought will be professional, imaginative, committed and must have provided a similar service previously.  Southgate School has attained the ‘Healthy Eating’ award and follows the ‘Every Child Matters’ agenda.

All pre-qualification questionnaires and any other accompanying documents can be found on our website: www.southgate.enfield.sch.uk and should be submitted to the school no later than 12 noon on Friday, 7th of September.  The school expects this contract to commence in January 2008.
