Revpar grows by 15% at London hotels

London hotels grew revenue per available room (revpar) by 15% in the week ending 19 August, according to figures from hotel benchmarking service The Bench.

Revpar increased to £103.97, up from £90.43 during the equivalent week of 2006.

Occupancy increased by 2.2 percentage points to 84.6% while average room rate grew by 12% to £122.92, compared with £109.72 in the corresponding week of 2006.
