The new range of prep tables from Foster Refrigerator - designed for small kitchens and budgets - combines worktops for preparing salads, sandwiches and starters with refrigerated under-counter storage that ensure everything is within easy reach.

The single- and double-door models will accommodate three and five 1/3 gastronorm pans in the worktop respectively. Both feature automatic defrost and are front-breathing to operate within enclosed spaces.

They are built to be easy to clean and utilise an airflow system that delivers an even temperature to both the counter base and the top pan storage section that meets HACCP requirements.
