This new restaurant in Manhattan bills itself as a new style of Chinese eaterie inspired by the traditional cuisines of Shanghai, Szechwan, Canton and Beijing. Housed in the Gramercy Park hotel, it comes from the man behind Studio 54 and is run by the team behind Nobu.
