Trends & DataThe Bench: London weekly hotel performance to 2 September, 2007(06 September 2007 09:01)London hotels increased revenue per available room (revpar) by 12.7% in the week ending 2 September, according to figures from hotel benchmarking service The Bench. Revpar increased to £101.99, up from £90.48 during the equivalent week of 2006. Occupancy increased by 0.3 percentage points to 77.3% while average room rate grew by 12.3% to £132.02, compared with £117.58 in the corresponding week of 2006.
