Latest NewsBourne World Group to launch new eaterie(11 September 2007 12:31)London restaurant chain the Bourne World Group, owner of Chelsea’s Cheyne Walk Brasserie, is launching a new eaterie towards the end of this year. The Waterloo Brasserie will be located opposite the Old Vic Theatre on Waterloo Road. It will comprise a glass-fronted restaurant with a bar stretching the length of the dining room and an alfresco terrace is planned to launch next summer. Franck Lebiez, executive chef at Cheyne Walk Brasserie, will oversee the food at the new restaurant with the menu offering British food.
