NewsRevpar grows by 6.9% at London hotels(13 September 2007 11:55)London hotels increased revenue per available room (revpar) by 6.9% in the week ending 9 September, according to figures from hotel benchmarking service The Bench. Revpar increased to £129.41, up from £121.02 during the equivalent week of 2006. Occupancy fell by 1.1 percentage points to 88.3% while average room rate grew by 8.3% to £146.54, compared with £135.28 in the corresponding week of 2006.
