Trends & DataThe Bench: London weekly hotel performance to 23 September, 2007(27 September 2007 09:05)London hotels increased revenue per available room (revpar) by 7.3% in the week ending 23 September, according to figures from hotel benchmarking service The Bench. Revpar increased to £138.17, up from £128.74 during the equivalent week of 2006. With occupancy static at 88.4 %, the rise in revpar stemmed solely from a 7.3% hike in average room rate to £156.28, compared with £145.64 in the corresponding week of 2006.
