Revpar grows by 9% at London hotels

London hotels increased revenue per available room (revpar) by 9.2% in the week ending 30 September, according to figures from hotel benchmarking service The Bench.

Revpar increased to £129.38, up from £118.45 during the equivalent week of 2006.

Occupancy increased by 2.6 percentage points to 85% while average room rate grew by 5.9% to £152.22, compared with £143.71 in the corresponding week of 2006.
