Latest NewsRising Star Leisure to open third site(19 October 2007 15:02)Bar and restaurant operator Rising Star Leisure is to launch its third venue with the opening of a new site in Parsons Green, south London. The Establishment, which will open in mid-November, will comprise a 44-cover restaurant, large open-plan lounge bar, private dining room and a glass-walled alfresco courtyard. Head chef will be Karl McEwan, formerly from the Michelin-starred Glasshouse in Kew, who will serve a menu of modern British food focused on seasonal ingredients. The interior of the restaurant, formerly known as Novello, has been designed by Steve Kelly and Focus Design and will feature a 1970s retro feel. Rising Star Leisure currently operates two outlets in south London with Iniquity in Battersea and The People’s Republic in Clapham. Article continues below
