The battery-powered wall-mounted dispenser connects directly to drains or grease traps to wage bio-enzymatic warfare on grease, breaking down the fats into soluble glycerol and free fatty acids into particles that cannot re-form or solidify.

The dispenser contains a lightweight five-litre box of bacterial fluid with more than 500 million non-pathogenic colony-forming bugs per gramme compared with just 1-20 million in rival products. It delivers a medium dose each night using a peristaltic valve system that eliminates the need for pumps, followed by a high-dose boost when the box is replaced every 28-30 days. The unit warns when fluid levels or battery power is low, and refills are sold in boxes of three packs.
