After two years of development work with a burner design company, Falcon Foodservice says its Dominator and Chieftain ranges now use some of the most energy-efficient burners on the market. Both have been tested to EN203 (where the energy-efficiency standard is 50%), which the Dominator burners are said to exceed by 10% at 60% and the Chieftan burners by 5% at 55%. The Dominator Series of medium-duty cooking equipment includes the popular G2101 six-burner range with a semi-sealed hob and powerful 5.8kW burners. The heavy-duty Chieftan range has been designed for busy, high-output kitchens.
