Trends & DataThe Bench: North-eastern hotel performance in June 2007(01 November 2007 12:18)Hotels in the North-east of England saw revenue per available room (revpar) grow by 7.7% during the month of June. Revpar was £55.31 in June 2007, compared with £51.38 in the corresponding month of 2006, according to figures from hotel benchmarking service The Bench. Occupancy increased by 1.8 percentage points to 78% while average room rate rose by 5.1% to £70.93, compared with £67.48 in June 2006. You can view the regional statistics PDF file here >>
