Holly-Wood Guest House

The four-star Holly-Wood Guest House in the heart of the Lake District National Park has changed hands.

The semi-detached property, which was built in 1897 as a private resident, is run on a B&B basis with six en-suite bedrooms to sleep 12, a breakfast room for up to 15 diners, and a self-contained owners’ flat with two double bedrooms, a living room and a bathroom.

Outside it offers car parking and front and side gardens.

The Manchester office of Colliers Robert Barry sold the freehold off a guide price of around £575,000 to Ian and Yana Miall from Hertfordshire on behalf of Mark and Jo Bayley.
