Hospitality directors are being offered the chance to snap up heavily subsidised one-to-one coaching with a London based company.

Managing directors or directors of hospitality and catering companies based in a London Borough and with 20 to 250 employees are eligible for a three-month tailor-made course Walk on Waves Coaching.

Valued at £1,500, the Government, which is seeking to support growth sectors such as hospitality with the initiative by improving individuals’ workplace skills through coaching, is stumping up a £1,000 and in an exclusive deal for Caterer readers Walk on Waves is providing an additional £250 meaning those interested will pay just £250 of their own money.

Karen Skehel, founder of Walk on Waves Coaching, said: “The purpose is to make people more effective in the workplace. The course would particular suit companies going through a tough time, those wanting to take their business to the next level or start ups.”
