The ST1230, the latest addition to Trucold's digitally controlled Super Deluxe range, is a durable, slim-fit counter refrigerator for salad and cold food preparation that will suit premises where space is tight.

The stainless-steel unit is a compact 1,225mm long x 762mm deep x 914mm high, and uses a blown-air cooling system and compact compressor to provide fast cooling to between -1°C and 7°C and maintain a uniform temperature.

It features two doors with chunky recessed handles, two adjustable internal shelves, accommodation for up to 12 x 1/6 gastronorm pans on top, automatic defrost, temperature logging and digital display panel.

The unit comes with a three-year warranty on the compressor and a two-year warranty on other parts.
