The new and improved Sielissimo CVT bean-to-cup table-top coffee and hot beverage machine has the option of a pot facility to suit high-volume service.

The range comprises three tabletop versions: the CVT, the CIT with instant ingredients, and the CFT fresh-brew model. Each is available in an XL high-volume version.

The new CVT-XL incorporates advanced technology developed by the company, including a Swiss-made grinder with precision grinding burrs and a robust brewer made from solid metal.

Dosage on this model can be programmed in any quantity from 7g to 14g, and heat-insulated mountings and pistons eliminate the need for a brewer heater. Alternatively, the brewer can be programmed to brew fresh leaf tea.

The CVT's water system has pinch valves and platinum-strengthened hoses, and water is pumped using peristaltic pumps so that it never makes contact with the valve or pump itself and therefore avoids scale build-up. Constant water circulation from the boiler to valve ensures a hot drink is dispensed every time.

A steam extraction system operating via stainless-steel flow plates is designed to prevent clogging.
