Plusfood's Jumbo Seasoned Battered Chicken Escalope is a fully cooked chicken breast escalope in a light golden pepper batter coating.

The chicken fillet may be cooked from frozen in one of three ways: deep-fried for 2-3 minutes; shallow-fried for 6-8 minutes; or oven-baked at 22°C for about 20 minutes.

The product is aimed at a variety of catering situations including restaurant chains and pub groups. The escalopes each weigh 220g and come in cases of 10.
