GuidesDrink and drugs in hospitality - Caterer's Be Aware campaign(06 December 2007 11:49)Caterer and Hotelkeeper has launched a new campaign called Be Aware to highlight the worrying level of drug and alcohol misuse in the hospitality industry. Be Aware is being run in association with The Ark Foundation and its consultancy arm Ark for Business, which are part of industry charity Hospitality Action. Web: www.hospitalityaction.org.uk
