We at Imperial Catering Equipment are pleased to announce that we will be contributing to the CEDA ‘Win a £60,000 kitchen’ competition by offering the winner one of our top selling pieces of equipment, an Imperial IFS-40 double basket 40lb fryer. Our powerful fryer boasts a 105,000 BTU output allowing it to cook up to 72lbs of chips from raw per hour. The fryer features a stainless steel front, door, sides and basket hanger as standard which is easily removed for cleaning. The fryer has a large ‘cool zone’ which captures food particles which prolongs oil life and reduces taste transfer which is ideal for busy restaurants.
