Booster Bars with fruit, nuts and seeds have been created for caterers to offer their customers a healthy snack to eat on the go.

The Honey and Hazelnut and SuperFruits Booster Bars are high in fibre, low in saturated fat and supplied fully baked with a soft, sweet bread dough base.

The bars contain at least a tablespoon of fruit each, and the SuperFruits bar contains whole cranberries, blueberries, sultanas and chopped apricot pieces along with honey for a sweet and soft eating texture.

Whole pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, linseeds and oats have been bound through the dough, too, and then topped with more pumpkin seeds for added fibre, crunch and visual appeal.

The Honey and Hazelnut Booster Bar contains sultanas and sunflower seeds as well as whole hazelnuts, linseeds and oats.
The bars weigh 65g each and are supplied in cases of 60.
