The Bench: West Midland hotel performance in July 2007

Hotels in the West Midlands saw revenue per available room (revpar) grow by 12.5% during the month of July.

Revpar was £45.61 in July 2007, compared with £40.54 in the corresponding month of 2006, according to figures from hotel benchmarking service The Bench.

Occupancy increased by 2.4 percentage points to 67% and average room rate rose by 8.5% to £68.05, compared with £62.74 in July 2006.
