The Bench: London weekly hotel performance to 13 January, 2008
London hotels saw revenue per available room (revpar) drop by 2.3% in the week ending 13 January, according to figures from hotel benchmarking service The Bench.
Revpar declined to £83.33, down from £85.29 during the equivalent week of 2007.
Occupancy slipped by 3.9 percentage points to 67.8% while average room rate increased by 3.3% to £122.99, compared with £119.08 in the corresponding week of 2007.
