Michelin today released its 2008 guide for Great Britain and Ireland and awarded 15 restaurants one Michelin star.
While the guide promoted no establishments to the coveted two- or three-star status, Michelin identified a new trend towards food provenance and traceability as well as competitive pricing which was reflected in it naming 33 restaurants as Bib Gourmands.
