Lincat combi-steamers offer a choice of two specification levels: the Opus SelfCooking Center and the Opus CombiMaster, with 24 models in all.
With the Opus SelfCooking Center, the operator uses a touch-screen to select the type of food and desired end result. The oven does the rest, automatically selecting the cooking mode, temperature time and humidity levels.
Opus CombiMasters offer robust construction, and deliver consistent results at affordable prices.
Sizes for both specifications extend from 6 x 1/1 gastronorm to 20 x 2/1 gastronorm, with all models available in gas or electric versions. It is possible to stack one countertop model on top of another to create a "Combi-Duo".
Prices range from the OSC61 (6 x 1/1 gastronorm) electric Opus CombiMaster at £5,065 to the OSC202 G (20 x 2/1 gastronorm) gas SelfCooking Center at £25,730.
