New additions to Lincat's heavy-duty Opus 700 range will make their debut at this year's show.
They include fryers with built-in filtration to extend the life of the cooking oil (priced £3,845 for the OE7108/F single-tank and £3,965 for the EE7113/F twin-tank model); new six-shelf atmospheric steamers in gas and electric versions that can accommodate two 1/1 gastronorm containers per shelf; and two new convection ovens, the ECO8 and ECO9, that offer exceptionally even heat distribution, water-injection and cook-and-hold facilities.
Hotelympia will also mark the first UK showing of the new generation of Lynx 400 counter-top electric appliances along with additions to the light- to medium-duty Silverlink 600 ESLR9C electric range.

To celebrate the new Opus 700 lines, Lincat will be offering visitors the chance to win tickets to see Bon Jovi perform in Amsterdam in June.
