The French modular range targets the top end of the market and is equally suitable for use in Michelin-starred kitchens and large-scale multiple kitchens.
The Optimum 700 and 900 Bonnet ranges can be freestanding, mounted on wheels or sited together in lines or islands, and offer a versatile range of components, from pasta cookers and fryers to chargrills and griddles. At the very peak of the range is the hand-made high-performance Maestro range, available in an enamelled finish that is custom-blended to match any colour. Features include robust, easy-clean monobloc tops and chassis, state-of-the-art ovens that reduce heat loss when the doors are opened, a vitro ceramic hob that can be used for cooking and plating, and a solid-top with the heating power of up to eight conventional burners.
