Latest NewsRevpar grows by 10.5% at London hotels(06 February 2008 16:42)London hotels saw revenue per available room (revpar) grow by 10.5% in the week ending 3 February, according to figures from hotel benchmarking service The Bench. Revpar climbed to £105.23, up from £95.24 during the equivalent week of 2007. Occupancy increased by 2.2 percentage points to 75.4% while average room rate increased by 7.3% to £139.63 compared with £130.19 in the corresponding week of 2007.
