PropertyEx-radio presenter buys Devon inn(22 February 2008 11:50)The leasehold on the food-led London Inn – part of the 300-year-old Molland Estate on the southern edge of the Exmoor National Park – has been sold to a former radio presenter. It’s a first-time pub purchase for Toby Bennett from Hampshire, who used to be a radio presenter on the Wave and Gemini stations which broadcast to the Exeter and Torbay areas. The freehouse is a former coaching inn believed to date back to the 15th century, and retains a number of period details such as open log fires, inglenooks and exposed beams.
