Great Missenden lies in the Chiltern Hills in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty that is just 36 miles north of West London. The 38-seat restaurant and 20-seat bar are packed with period details such as low beams and exposed brick hearths. The Reading office of Colliers Robert Barry sold the 10-year Fuller’s lease (which started in November 2002) off a guide price of £110,000. Rent is currently set at £38,247. Article continues below
