French bakery manufacturer Delifrance celebrates its silver anniversary with the UK launch of its award-winning Seafood Basket, which holds a French Saveur de l'Année (Taste of the Year) Award.

The hexagonal baskets, supplied in cases of 12, are made from ready-to-bake puff pastry and contain a mixture of crayfish, white fish, tropical sole, vegetables and shallots in a wine cream sauce.

They are pre-egg washed to give a light, golden finish after baking from frozen, which takes 15-18 minutes.
