Lexington wins multimillion-pound deal with Schroders
Lexington has taken a significant step towards achieving its target of £10m in turnover this year with a multimillion-pound deal to feed staff at investment company Schroders.
The City contract, which goes live on 17 March, will be overseen by a project manager and, on the culinary side, recently recruited development chef Mark Parfait.
Lexington will provide a café/deli service from a facility newly built a year ago for up to 1,400 staff. The three-year contract is worth £1m in annual turnover.
Mike Sunley, managing director of Lexington, said: "We're delighted with the deal as it's right where we want to be. Our experience is very much with these sorts of clients."
The contract was previously run by Caterer Adopted Business Vacherin.
