Sodexo makes senior management changes
Sodexo has made a series of senior management changes with Iain Anderson, managing director of Healthcare, set to leave the business this summer to take on the role of chief executive at the National Fostering Agency.
Mike Johnson, who runs the company's corporate services division (renamed in January from business and industry) has become group president for international events and will look to build on successes such as last year's Rugby World Cup in France.
He is succeeded by Andy Leach as executive director for corporate services, land technology and the facilities management division. Leach was managing director of Sodexo's UK defence business.
At event caterer Sodexo Prestige, Chris John joins as managing director and was marketing director at the British Horseracing Board.
The role was previously covered by Johnson (alongside his business and industry duties).
Karl Martin, who was commercial director for Sodexo UK and Ireland, has been appointed managing director for the defence business.
Sodexo expect to announce someone in the procurement role vacated by Martin within the next few days.
