St Thomas’

• Ground Floor Catering Unit (Deli/Café) circa 120 seats
• Ground Floor Catering Unit (Healthy Eating/Nutrition) circa 60 seats

These catering units will form part of a proposed ‘Retail Mall’, including two well-known high street retailers and the busy main reception.

Guy’s

• Ground Floor Self-Service Restaurant circa 200 seats
• Self-contained external catering/retail unit
• Retail trolley to the wards

Investment in fitting out back and front-of-house areas service counters and furniture for most units will be required from the successful operator.

These units may be let individually or in groups.

The redevelopment is scheduled for completion in late 2009.
