Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Foundation trust is on the hunt for contract caterers to take on its retail catering provision at both of its London hospitals.

The contract at St Thomas’ covers: 

Ground Floor Catering Unit (Deli/Café) circa 120 seats

Ground Floor Catering Unit (Healthy Eating/Nutrition) circa 60 seats

These catering units will form part of a proposed ‘Retail Mall’, including two well-known high street retailers and the main reception.

At Guy’s it will cover:

Ground Floor Self-Service Restaurant circa 200 seats

Self-contained external catering/retail unit

Retail trolley to the wards

Investment in fitting out back and front-of-house areas service counters and furniture for most units will be required from the successful operator.
